Refund Policy

Learn before you pay

You can complete the entire training and the final assessment before paying anything. Payment is only required to obtain your Certificate of Completion, so you can decide whether the course meets your needs before purchasing.

Once your certificate has been issued

Because the certificate is delivered immediately after payment, the A$49 fee is not refundable once your Certificate of Completion has been issued. You have already completed the training and passed the assessment at that point, and the certificate cannot be returned.

This is why the entire course and assessment are free to complete first: you can confirm the training suits you before any payment is taken.

Requesting a refund

If something has gone wrong with your purchase — for example you were charged but no certificate was issued — contact us at info@manualhandlingacademy.com.au with your certificate number or the email address used at checkout, and we will resolve it.

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate charges, or payments where the certificate was not made available, will be reviewed and resolved.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the training is not as described or is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a remedy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing times depend on your financial institution.
